Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

To protect our spooky community, certain items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons:

  • Face Masks & Makeup (health and safety reasons)
  • Fake Blood (once opened, we can’t ensure its safety)
  • Opened Costume Jewelry (unless defective)

These items are only eligible for exchange or refund if they arrive defective or damaged—like a vampire with broken fangs!

  3. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions
  4. Package Your Items: Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible

Important: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service—we can’t guarantee we’ll receive untracked packages, and we wouldn’t want your return to disappear like a ghost in the night!

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your returned item. We’ll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within:
