Our Return Policy Basics
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In its original condition
- Unworn and unused
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
To keep our spooky community safe and hygienic, certain items cannot be returned:
- Face Masks & Makeup (for health and safety reasons)
- Fake Blood (once opened, we can’t ensure its safety)
- Opened Costume Jewelry (unless defective)
These items are only eligible for exchange or refund if they arrive defective or damaged.
The Return & Exchange Process
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your items:
- Contact Us First: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your return/exchange request
- Fill Out the Form: Use our template below to ensure we have all the necessary information
- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions
- Package Your Items: Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible
- Ship to Us: Send your package to: Cheap Halloween Store, 4094 Brentwood Drive, Austin, US 78759
Important Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we can’t guarantee we’ll receive untracked packages.

Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your returned item. We’ll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Please note that depending on your card issuer’s policies, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement—almost as long as it takes a ghost to materialize!
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or product, we’ll process the exchange once we receive your return. If the replacement item costs more, we’ll charge you the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
